For those who enjoy doing machine workouts at the gym, don’t forget about the free weights. Nothing against the machines but you need to incorporate free weights in your workouts unless you’re physically unable to do so. If you’re constantly using machines, you are not hitting your stabilizer muscles and your muscles get compliance. Always mix it up and always change your workout schemes. By doing this you’re constantly stimulating muscle growth. That’s why its so important to mix it up as much as possible. As you mix it up between machine work and free weights try doing compound sets and super sets to really work that muscle group and never start on the same exercise each week. A slight tweek in your program is all you need to do to improve your results.
